Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. As our products are shipped directly from our supplier, delivery typically takes 7–20 business days depending on your location and customs processing.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please note that tracking updates may take a few days to appear after dispatch.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier disruptions, or factors outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days, please contact us and we'll make it right.
