At Ordely, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns You may return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please contact us at help@shopordely.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and we will resolve it promptly.
Non-Returnable Items Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or returned after 14 days may not be eligible for a refund.
